All I can say is that I’m beyond grateful my mother referred me to Allen. He was incredibly helpful and got me set up with some of the best insurance. I had a concerning experience with a driver from New York Avenue Insurance. While driving, I encountered a pickup truck with their company decal that was being operated in an aggressive manner, creating unsafe conditions on the road. This behavior not only reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism but also raises concerns about their values and how they conduct business. We loved this office. So honey feeling and Allen is terrific and so knowledgeable. We went in unsure but came out fully confident in our coverage. Couldn't ask for a better place!
This is most definitely a 5 Star rating. Our experience with Allen went from a, "OK, let's see what happens, no biggie," to "Wow!" This had to do with benefit programs for retirees we had no idea we were eligible for, and no one tells you about. Allen is very friendly and professional. My wife and I highly recommend. Five Stars!
Jack and Shauna are definitely the most easy going, most helpful team out there! The wife and I are treated like family whenever we have an appointment or just a quick question. Absolutely the Best!
