Joe has been my therapist for 18+ years. He’s professional, knowledgeable and provides care specifically for your individual needs. As my “pains” change, so does his treatment. His space is calming and comfortable. Highly recommend!

His deep tissue work is incredible—he has a real gift for finding and fixing those stubborn knots. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better therapist. He just gets me right every time! I went in after a workout and I have zero soreness or pain and my recoveries aren’t as pleasant as they once were. Had me looking to budget for once a week rather than once a month! Joe is very knowledgeable and intentional. Hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. He’s my plug now!
