The best jeweller on the Sunshine Coast, Paul and his excellent staff have the knowledge and skills you don’t find at your “Jewellery shop” in the shopping malls. My mother and sister in law have been going to Paul for years for one of a kind pieces and he was only too happy to do my wedding rings for me. Very happy with the end results
Paul is a genious, he took disparate items of jewellery, broke them down and turned them into bespoke art. The outcome is one ring that is magnificent. A complex structure, multiple precious metals and gems evolved into an outcome more than my wife had dreamt of. It is truely worthy of an award. The team at NY2K are amazing, Paul and Rayna are wonderful. Thank you.
Can not fault the customer service or the quality of the jewelry. I had a bangle made from old gold I owned and I am so happy with my new bangle. The customer service when talking about what I wanted was so polite and professional. The jeweller clearly explained the process to me. When I picked up my bangle again I was met with wonderful polite, friendly customer service. I can not fault NY2K Jewellers. I also believe the expense is competitive with other jewellers.
