I went to check out a few units on sale in the building last week, the building is nice but the concierge has the worst behaviour and I changed my mind. You need to train up your concierge to do their job. We went to see one of the units and the door wouldn’t open because the lock was jammed, the concierge didn’t show any empathy to the landlord who was locked out, instead handed over the phone to the landlord to take care of it herself. A good condo to live in
It would be impressive if these towers participated in 'Lights Out Toronto' to prevent the death of migratory birds between the months of late March to early June. If the top roof lights were turned off, it would set an example for other condos in the area and residents could feel they are doing their part for the natural world. If you are a resident, please call the main office or raise this concern at the next condo board meeting. I'll change the 1 star to a 5!
