Nice building in a prime location
I went to check out a few units on sale in the building last week, the building is nice but the concierge has the worst behaviour and I changed my mind. You need to train up your concierge to do their job. We went to see one of the units and the door wouldn’t open because the lock was jammed, the concierge didn’t show any empathy to the landlord who was locked out, instead handed over the phone to the landlord to take care of it herself.
