I didn’t have a good experience. The waxing was done roughly, they didn’t press the skin to reduce pain, and the attitude was unfriendly. The person who attended me seemed careless and even left some hairs behind. I don’t recommend it.

I had an appt booked 2 days before my bday and when I arrived, the place was closed. I literally spoke to the technician a week prior on the phone and she told me specifically to come Aug 27th at 1pm. Unorganized and will never recommend.
