This was one of the most unprofessional and unsanitary experiences I’ve ever had. I went in for a Brazilian wax and was told my hair was “too long,” so instead of properly trimming and continuing the service, she shaved me and then said she still couldn’t wax me. I left with something I never asked for. What made it even worse is that she was NOT wearing gloves at all. No protection, no proper hygiene—completely unacceptable for this type of service. I didn’t have a good experience. The waxing was done roughly, they didn’t press the skin to reduce pain, and the attitude was unfriendly. The person who attended me seemed careless and even left some hairs behind. I don’t recommend it.
