I definitely do not recommend Dr. David. He will direct you to the assistants and will never take care of you himself.
I took my grandfather to this urology office, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The receptionist (short straight hair) was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no patience or compassion. Instead of providing helpful service, they were dismissive and unkind, which made an already stressful visit even worse. Medical offices should have staff who are understanding and respectful, especially when dealing with elderly patients. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on the poor customer service alone.
Unfortunately I will replace them asap. I booked an appointment on the same day I was told I need a follow up. The situation is delicate and they just never booked me. Now I have to wait almost a week before they can even do a refill, and not to mention any bloodwork. I would not recommend them to anyone.
