Be very careful if you go to this location, there customer service is not very professional, there installers are on the most disrespectful I ever seen the first thing they said when they showed up they asked where is money, NOT EVEN A DAM HELLO. Also be careful they give one price at the location then they change it and say old we didn't measure correct so we have to account for the new square footage. I had a terrible experience with NY Kitchen Stone Inc. I purchased a kitchen countertop for around $1,500 and gave them clear, specific instructions on where to cut the stone. They completely messed it up, cutting it in the wrong place. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me and said I would have to buy another one! On top of that, their customer service is awful—they were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I regret ever doing business with them. Avoid this place at all costs!
What a great experience working with Alan - he was incredibly patient and communicative throughout our journey picking a countertop. He was able to find our dream countertop within our budget (which wasn’t the easiest task) he offered so much knowledge and kept us updated every step of the way.
