Smooth and easy, hassle free, no complaints
I do not recommend this rug cleaning service. There was not clear communication as to the process. It took them a month to return our rug to us and they were not clear or communicative as to why it was taking so long. And when we did get the rug it was still dirty, smelled bad, and had hair on it. I recommend doing more research before using this service.
