Extremely unprofessional communication. I missed my gel manicure appointment a couple of months ago and apologized, even offered to pay the full price for the wasted time since I notified them late. The technician refused to accept the payment but reacted as if I had personally offended her. At my next visit, I brought a cake as an apology, yet she spent most of the appointment giving me a cold attitude, although by the end things seemed fine.
