We hired NY Property Care to pave our church’s parking lot. Less than a year later, we’re already seeing multiple areas where weeds are growing through the asphalt. When we reached out for help, instead of standing by the work or honoring the 2-year warranty against cracks and depressions, the owner became defensive, dismissive, and ultimately insulting and unprofessional. NY Property Care did an amazing job on our driveway. Showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. Worked a solid 12 hours on day one when they took up old driveway. Created a rock border where there hadn’t been and took care to preserve our “landscaping”. Fair price, beautiful job. We couldn’t be happier.
