The best hospital in the world
NYP has a phenomenal reputation. We chose this hospital because of that. The surgeons, nurses and most NYP employees are wonderful. However, there is a problem with the medical service process, ie departments speaking to and working with other departments. We waited in recovery for nearly 6 hrs (midnight) before being taken to a room. Very frustrating after a tiring, long day.
