The staff is professional, kind and extremely hard working. This is all done from the minute you walk through the door. They know your name and will keep adjusting your work out to fit your needs to the moment. The charming banter is just the extra sprinkle of chhervyounneed to push though ...it is a great place.

I came to this amazing group of compassionate snd highly skilled therapists after spending several months at another facility due to insurance restrictions.I left there being told my shoulder (which was very painful ) was not my problem and they couldn't help me anymore,I should go back to my doctor.Upon going to my doctor and getting an mri on my shoulder , I was informed I had the beginning of a frozen shoulder & immediately started being treated at NY Physical Therapy .
