I have so many wonderful things to say about this clinic. I’ve been seeing Dr. Farnoosh Soltani since September, and during my time in Canada I’ve met three different family doctors — she is by far the best. She is always warm, attentive, caring, kind and most importantly, incredibly knowledgeable. The ladies at the reception are also extremely kind, friendly, and professional. They truly understand their responsibilities and treat every patient with respect and care. In short, I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.
I would leave no stars if I could. The south Asian I’m assuming Filipino receptionist is so unprofessional and rude. She DOES NOT KNOW how to do her job properly. I called the office to follow up on my test results and they told me I need to do a blood test in addition to the test I was originally calling for. Can’t believe the amount of negative feedbacks here. I’ve been seeing Dr Soltani for years and always get great care and prompt responses by her and her team. Really thankful that I have found such great family doctor while family doctors are so hard to find! The doctor is always very caring and professional. Just wish I still live in close proximity to the clinic, so it will be easier to visit in-person more often. But despite that, online appointments have been working out really great! My family doctor didn't do her job, totally neglected patient's health. Now I'm developing to chronic illness. Future patients should be cautious. This doctor showed a concerning lack of knowledge, and I plan to submit a complaint shortly. Her approach involves gaslighting patients whenever they raise concerns about their symptoms.
