Dr. Kaplan at NY Neurology really understands my long covid and dysautonomia. He helped me find a treatment option for my migraines. His staff is welcoming and helpful.
Unlike the receptionists at the Park Avenue office, the women here are always professional. Due to the terrible billing department of this practice, I am constantly asked for a copay on my botox treatments for migraines when my insurance covers the treatment in full. The difference at this location is that they are willing to go back and look at previous visits and EOBs to confirm that no copay is required. Dr Sylvia Mohen literally saved my emotional life. Dealt with an excessive sweating issue. She’s been so compassionate over the years. Always on time. Always listens. Love this practice. The reception is welcoming too. The new office on Gramercy is a little difficult to find. So ask for specific directions.
