I felt really listened to by Dr Mohen, she had both a nice sense of humor and also a really open thinking style that made me feel like I was in the right hands. And Sylvia at the front desk was also super attentive and kind.
Dr Kaplan is a first class wonderful compassionate doctor. He saw me right away and he put me at ease and is incredibly thorough. Dina at the front desk is wonderful too!
Dr. Mohen is very nice and does a thorough appointment. I was very happy with my experience, the only problem was my insurance stinks but I highly recommend her for professionalism.
Dr. Kaplan at NY Neurology really understands my long covid and dysautonomia. He helped me find a treatment option for my migraines. His staff is welcoming and helpful.
