We got a call the day before to let us know that 'the truck was on site waiting for us' and we showed up the next morning (today) as soon as they opened and the truck was still on its way front New Jersey. I rented a van from mohsan service center and I want to commend them for such great service. From start to finish they were polite and friendly and I would highly recommend them for any of your car truck repair or rental

Have normally had very bad experiences with renting trucks from Budget, so came prepared for the usual delays and problems/issues/surprise charges; but everyone at this Budget was communicative, friendly, and helpful! They were able to answer my questions in detail when we called to confirm the reservation, they were polite despite the line of stressed-out movers, and they even saved us a newer truck since we were moving cross-country--thank you for being clear and helpful!

Absolutely do not rent a Budget truck from here. Hours of operation are meant to be 8am to 6pm. I arrived at 9am for a 9am reservation, no one showed up until 10:30. I also dropped off the truck before 6pm and it was again closed, I was subsequently charged a late drop off fee. Brakes were dodgy, vehicle felt very under-maintained. Way more expensive than U-Haul and others, and totally unreliable.

If you want to live, do not rent from here, the brakes literally gave out when I was getting off the highway (had to pull into ditch). And when I called the dealership and spoke to the owner he stated “he does not know he does not inspect cars” I should’ve known the way they were shady individuals when they gave me the keys the van and pointed at 1 block away. Do no rent here. No give these guys anymore business. They do not care about your safety.
