I've been going to this location for years and I've been satisfied, but the virtual receptionist is very bizarre. You have to talk to someone on a big TV screen and you have no idea where that person is. It has put me off going back until that situation is resolved.
Dr. Jennifer Soung is rude and judgmental. I only saw her for one telehealth appointment a while back and the experience felt so terrible that I literally cried when I got off of the call. Terrible doctor. If you choose to go here, please at least avoid this doctor. I was having pulmonary issues and she basically got mad asking me if I drank or smoked and I said no and she was getting mad at me??
