👎👎👎👎👎 Don’t come here to delivery with 53 feets truck floor loaded foam. it’s very tight place and takes to get empty 3-4 hours, there is no dock and they unload by hand very slowly 👎
Great store! I had before few brand name mattress but got up in the morning tired and with back pain, I tried NY Mattress and the friendly customer service got me an excellent mattress, and it’s super!! No more tiredness and no back pain! super fast delivery, and friendly customer service! and price is way cheaper then the brand names.
Did not even get as far as ordering the mattress. The woman on the phone maybe needs a day off or something… It seems like she has NO desire to help or any customer service skills. I would have paid whatever! But THIS SERVICE IS NO GOOD. 0/5
