Terrible service. They charge hidden fees. First they will tell you they will not take any dealership prep fee. But later on when you agree to get the car and finalize it they will charge you all the hidden fee they can like paper work fee blah blah
Very unprofessional service. Spoke with the dealer, Booked an appointment, travelled 3 hrs. After reaching there mentions won’t accept cash for cars (shock). I guess the review rating is a reflection of their service. Very disappointed, I would not recommend this place.
Matthew assisted me with my recent purchase. I initially wanted an Audi Q5. Matthew was very patient and showed me 3 options. I ended purchasing the Alpha Romero. Any of you who are in the market for a car needs to visit Autolux. Remember to ask specifically for Matthew. You will be very happy of doing so.
I bought a 2020 Honda Passport here. Nice experience, I worked with Matthew who was a pleasure throughout the entire buying process. Everyone was friendly and professional and had a lot of patience with me and all my crazy questions.
Let me start off by saying this is the WORST...let me repeat myself...the WORST car dealership I have ever been too. I shouldn't even give them the courtesy of calling them a dealership because they are a fraudulent organization. I am sure you read similar reviews prior too mine but the price advertised is not the actual price as they bait and switch you into adding additional 10k worth of fees at the table.
