Was searching for a new PCP and I am so happy I found Dr. Gafanovich. The staff were polite and efficient - a very easy onboarding process. Wait time was minimal. They conducted their screenings & tests with great care and made me feel comfortable during the process. Dr. Gafanovich was able to clarify all questions I had and with a solid road map of next steps. Excellent experience overall and highly recommend!

I was put off before even making it to my first appointment. The receptionist could not find my rescheduled appointment or my medical card; both submitted days before. She did find them but then added that Dr Gafanovich was going 'Concierge' so maybe I would like to go to another physician rather than hoping to establish a relationship with the Dr. Unbelievable really to see that medical attention is based on paying extra above and beyond insurance in order to have a doctor willing to help a patient.
Going to Dr. G felt like I was finally being heard and included in care and treatment. Her office staff thoroughly explains each step of any test or treatment, what is measuring, and why. You really feel like you are part of your care and know what is going on each step of the way. Seems like a small thing but its very comforting not to just be poked and prodded without knowing why.
