I traveled a long way after being told there was an open MRI machine, though unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The highlight of my visit, however, was the kindness, support, and understanding I received from Alicia (I hope I have her name correct). She was the Black woman working both the front and back office, and as a business owner myself, I know how rare it is to find staff like her—she’s truly a keeper!
