Disappointing Quality of Work. I used NY Home Improvement services for a bathroom remodel, but the final result was disappointing. The tile work was sloppy, and the paint job was uneven. The contractors seemed to rush through the job, and the attention to detail was lacking. Not worth the money.
Poor Communication and Project Management. I hired NY Home Improvement services to install new windows, but the process was frustrating. The contractors didn't show up on time, and the project took longer than expected. The communication was also poor, and I had to constantly follow up to get updates.

The work was done promptly with minimal fuss an a great job.
