I visited the Healthfirst 39-06 Main St, Flushing office with an elderly family member, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff were unprofessional and had very poor attitude throughout the entire visit. Instead of actually helping or answering our questions, all they seemed to care about was whether the senior could sign up for Medicare. I had great trepidation over buying an insurance online but I am very pleased with the outcome. It took me several years from the time I received the informative info. packet. The time finally arrived in late 2023 to purchase an insurance thanks to my wife's urging which happened to coincide with a favorable interest rate.
