I love Dr. Laieta and his staff; however, since the office is now NY Health, I'm very unhappy with the changes. When you call the office, a service answers that isn't even live. You go into a call back queue and hope to hear back from the service in the same day. They, in turn relay a message to the office and you may get a call back that day, or the next. I have a better chance of getting a call back and better service from my cell phone carrier.
Thank you for providing excellent care.
