Excellent customer service, very honest, they take their time in looking at gold, diamonds, silver and coins and they have great knowledge! This is why they have a great reputation. No wait either time my husband was there, so it really depends on when you go and how many other people had the same idea that day at the same time. If there was a wait, all of the qualities mentioned above should make the wait time fine because you will be treated with respect and quality service. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful first time experience. I thought it was too good to be true to see over 300 5-star ratings from various reviews. Well for the first time, this business is indeed too good and it is true.
