Had an expired Groupon . Called to see what they could do. The woman automatically dismissed me and misled me and saying to get a refund from Groupon. Yet Groupon has a Groupon promise policy that clearly states Groupons policy is that its is merchant's responsibility to honor up to the voucher the amount paid. You are misleading customers. The spa is on the second floor of a hair salon. The set up is simple but clean and nice. Carmen is very friendly and professional. Already seeing the effect after my first laser genesis treatment. Really looking forward to my second treatment!

Couldn’t agree more with the previous reviews - Carmen is a hidden gem. I have completed two IPL treatments at this salon and am already seeing impressive results! I’m looking forward to my next three sessions. The owner, Carmen, is incredibly attentive and genuinely cares about providing the best experience for her clients. She ensures that each treatment is tailored to your needs, and her dedication to her work is evident in every session. Highly recommend! Will come back for more treatments for sure.

Carmen went above and beyond and adjusted the treatment according to my needs even though it wasn’t in the package that I bought. She’s very knowledgable, definitely knows what she’s doing and so far the best tech I’ve had! I left the spa with all my needs met, feeling well taken care of, and would 100% recommend!!
