I visited NY Glam Spa in NYC and had a great experience. Carmen was very professional, attentive and extremely responsive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The spa’s location, tucked away in the mezzanine, is convenient, clean, and well maintained.
I’ve been getting laser genesis here & my skin has never looked better. I would highly recommend coming here if you’re looking into any treatments! I feel so much more confident in my skin. She’s also been helping me reduce surgical scarring and it’s helping quite a bit. 10/10!!
I came in with a Groupon and she addressed skin issues that weren't even part of the deal to make sure I got the most out of my treatment. I felt that she was honest and knowledgeable, and wasn't trying to upsell me the way some other places do.
