The absolute WORST experience ever. I went there to go get a dress and they knew my ball isn't until June. when they were packing my dress the made a snag in the fabric and I told them but they starting blaming me for their mistake. Then the manager proceeds to start yelling at me telling me that I was only there to get my money back because he claimed that prom season was over. I would not suggest anyone to go there. Simply a rude and nasty environment. Went in with a friend today to look at the dresses and, upon examining one of the dresses and noting the poor, under-quality stitching, the sales lady yelled at me from across the store to "STOP PICKING AT THE DRESSES!" Then proceeded to walk across the store to continue to scold me and say, " You are old enough to know better than that!" Mind you, I was LOOKING at the dress, and feeling the fabric of the skirt- NOT altering the appliqué on the on upper-part at all. There were other peopl... read more

It was awful, the sales lady was absolutely rude to me, told me she would take my phone away just because I took a picture of this dress I really wanted. There are no signs stating you can not take pictures of one of their dresses. If they want that rule in their shop they should put signs up. Also you can't take away my personal property. The most negative & rudest experience ever. No one should buy dresses from them. They are also very overpriced for their dresses.
