Can’t thank them enough. Recently moved into a new home and unfortunately it must have had a slow leak from the toilet flange. I will spare the details but we had a mold issue that needed to be dealt with urgently. Brendan set it up for the next day! Elvis was super professional and clean. He walked me through the process in real time and explained everything once it was finished. He was also very clean and even wiped down the entire bathroom. Top notch professional service can not recommend them enough.

These guys are the absolute best. Carl and his son Brandon make sure that you are updated with all the procedures, they take the time to explain everything in a thorough and concise manner, they have extreme knowledge about their craft, and most importantly they really are the kindest and most helpful people to work with. I called Carl and his son Brandon for an insurance claim due to a broken pipe in my ceiling. Carl and Brandon are currently guiding me through the process. So far they have been on time and very honest and respectful with a fantastic hard working team. I am still currently going through the process with Carl and Brandon by my side. After a washing machine leak flooded our laundry room and hallway, we hired this restoration service to handle the cleanup. They did remove the water and set up fans, but they didn’t properly dry the subfloor or inspect behind the walls. A few weeks later, we started smelling mold and noticed bubbling paint along the baseboards. The technician who came out was polite and seemed knowledgeable, but when we received the bill, we were shocked. The estimate we were given over the phone was around $2,000, but the final invoice came to nearly $6,000! They added all kinds of charges we were never told about — ‘equipment setup fees,’ ‘air mover rental,’ and even a ‘monitoring fee’ for each day. None of this was discussed upfront.
