No se merecen estrellas pésima atención de las recepcionista cuando llegas tienes que estar gritando haber si hay alguien no preguntan la razón del porqué está ahí o algo solo te ven y luego te dicen que tiene que esperar por qué los cuartos están llenos

First time called to make an appointment, the experience was horrible. The lady who picks up when calling the number provided had a really bad attitude! She confirmed they take my insurance Fidelis. The lady on the call refused to make my appointment saying I need to update the pcp on my insurance first then call back again to make the appointment. As far as I know you can make an appointment and see the doctor and they bill you, you can pay cash, card, by insurance, upfront etc. She made it so difficult and frustrating. She... read more

No recomiendo este servicio. Los resultados de sangre tardaron varios meses en ser entregados y el tratamiento fue indicado demasiado tarde. La atención no fue profesional en términos de tiempos ni seguimiento. I do not recommend this service. My blood test results took several months to be delivered, and the treatment was prescribed too late. The care was not professional in terms of timing or follow-up.

Doctors are never available! I got a back injury and unfortunately i couldn’t see the doctor and they say doctor is fully booked! Ridiculous

I called as a new patient to make an appointment, and the employee's attitude was crazy. So of course I will not be going there. If it's like that just on the phone, why would I go to the office. Smh. People like that do not belong in health care.
