My family member was seeing a nurse practitioner who was so good. My family member was given an appointment and when we showed up, i was informed there was no appointment on record but we had written proof that we did have an appointment in fact. Then to make things worse, we were informed that the nurse practitioner doesn’t work there anymore. We were never called for this big change. Come here if you want your issues to be ignored and gaslit the whole time. If you’re female, your treatment will be less than their male patients. Icing on the cake: they’ll lie on post visit summary, claiming they spent time with you and really explained everything. In reality, you’ll leave after waiting for almost 40 minutes and get a hasty phone call over an hour later. Edit: just checked my post visit summary and the NP lied all over it. I think I’ll be filing a complaint.
