Every time I go to this shop it’s a 100% guarantee I will find something I love. If I need a dress for a party, a concert, a family event I can find it here and the prices are reasonable because they’re in the Outlets. They rotate their inventory every couple of months I think (I was sad to see a dress I paid full price for on the sale rack next time I was there); every time I go in there I am always happy at the diversity of dresses and gowns and the staff are always very helpful and not pushy at all. Haya and the staff at the NY Dress Shop were extremely generous and accommodating with a donation for the William Floyd High School's Prom Gown Away. Their generosity will help create a night of beautiful memories for our students.

Amazing customer service! I went to look for my prom dress and was met with great help from a girl with red hair she was very kind and helpful, she helped me find the right, perfect dress, awesome store with beautiful dresses.

Hey, y'all I walked into the store in the afternoon and the lady there was really nice and helpful but honestly trying on dresses was not comfortable because it was so cold in the store and I had to go somewhere else to buy dresses. Bottom line I thought the store was to cold to try on or put on any dresses. I went with the rest of my family and they agree with this as well.
