I was so lucky to have Drapery Care handle the much needed cleaning of my roller shades. Charles, the owner, was easy to reach and work with. He was very professional—always returning my calls/texts quickly and thoroughly answering my many questions. The pickup and return of my shades also went exactly as scheduled. After seeing my shades, Charles even revised his initial estimate downward saying it was not as big a job as he had thought. My shades now look like new. Thank you, Charles and staff.
I am thrilled with my shades. NY Drapery Care removed my motorized shades, cleaned and reinstalled them. They look new! A very professional team. I highly recommend them.
