NY Cabinets exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The design team was incredibly helpful, and the finished cabinets completely transformed our kitchen. Everything looks modern, elegant, and built to last.
I had a kitchen and ceramic tiles throughout my house installed the cement underneath. The tiles is not mixed properly. It’s more sand than cement, causing the tiles to move, and the grout in between the tiles keeps on coming up. They’ve came back, no amount of time to re-grout, but that is not what needs to be done. The floor needs to be ripped up and redone the proper way.
I had my kitchen redone by NY Cabinets well over a year ago. I love the kitchen but their promises to come back to repair a few things that are broken still has not been done a year later. I have the pieces they sent but the worker can't come back here. They have not scheduled a return visit. The work is nice but the promises are false. Anthony was very nice at the beginning and then started to pawn the repairs off to Frank.
Not recommended, not worth the money they charge. Don't backup their work and leave out many small items in the details when completing the work. Don't pay the remaining balance until you check every detail because they won't correct it. Owner is always calling the workers and interrupting them while they work, looking to rush to next job. Sorry I was fooled by their salesmen. Buyer beware.
Horrible quality cabinets and even worse customer service do yourself a favor and do not get these cabinets or deal with these people. Original shipment and all replacements cabinets all damaged and owner will not even deal with you.
