We are beyond thrilled with our new cabinets that were just installed. Starting with our kitchen designer who did a great job with our unique layout and followed through by a great office staff that was always courteous and willing to help us through this process. The installer is a perfectionist, and not a single detail was missed. He was the most professional that I have worked with in over 35 years of dealing with contractors and installers. I would highly recommend using the NY Cabinet Factory.
I'm a contractor for over 20 years worked with many cabinet guys in the past was recommend to NY cabinet factory. the price was a little higher 5 % than the Chinese imported cabinet but the quality of their cabinets was superior much better products, much better service our client was really excited to be dealing with a local business. they also own a granite company which I thought would be higher priced but to my surprise they are cheaper and great company to work with they have their own slab yard don't need to run around... read more
My experience at The Cabinet Factory has been, and still is, an absolute nightmare. My kitchen renovations started on March 29, 2015, and to date, a job that should have taken two weeks {three weeks tops}, is still not completed. For the first six (6) weeks I was greatly inconvenienced because I was unable to use my kitchen. In addition, it proved to be quite costly having to purchase three meals per day for six weeks. Oh well where do I begin! I just don't understand the lack of professionalism that went into this job. I was looking into remodeling my kitchen cabinets so I decided to give this company a shot. A deposit was made two weeks before delivery/installation date The delivery process went ok but it was after the cabinets were installed on 8/17/2017, I noticed some discrepancies that I couldn't over look.
