I recently placed a great 5 star post under my other Gmail but I'm lowering the score due to ineffective follow up appointment availability upon requiring additional imaging. It is 100% unacceptable that the next available option to schedule follow up imaging due to something seen like a nodule or assymetry is 1 month out at the same location. Putting my whole business on the internet today… I had my first mammography and sonogram a little less than a month ago. The ease of making the appointment was amazing first of all- they explained what I needed and what to do to prepare, and answered all of my questions, for not only my first appointment, but every appointment thereafter. The appointment itself was seamless- I was seen almost immediately and the entire process was explained to me and as pleasant as this process could have possibly been.
