I visited this location on December 18, 2025, around 3:30 PM for an annual physical required by a home healthcare agency. From the moment I approached the front desk, the experience was unpleasant. The front desk staff member was rude and dismissive, and her tone was unnecessarily harsh over a simple sign-in procedure. What stood out most was that she was only pleasant and courteous to Russian-speaking clients, while other patients were treated poorly. I never experienced that kind of service they taking people wherever they want. I came at 3:45 and people who came behind me @4.15 They already took it. This is not fair. The front deck very uncooperative rude nonprofessional never come here. Don’t know what they doing. I guess it’s even scam.
