THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. Horrible workers
I had an excellent experience at Ny Best Medical, professional, friendly staff made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled with care and efficiency.
I’ve had a smooth experience at the place! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and very polite. Everything was done quickly, but never rushed. They were happy to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable the whole time :) Great nurses and super efficient, I highly recommend!
They don’t even deserve 1 star. The worst place ever! Front desk is rude. When I fist came there with the list of exams that I needed, she refused to help me. Then they almost did a Hepatitis B vaccine, instead of blood test!!! I was shocked! There are a lot of mistakes in my health and physical paperwork. I said to the nurse that I’m taking HIV therapy, 3 types of pills. She wrote only 2, missed 1. And answered “NO” for the question “do I have HIV”.
