This was actually not a good experience at all and this was my second time trying this place. They tell you one price at the beginning then up it by $20-$30 by the time you go to pay. I also got a gel pedicure…. no extra treatments… $80? That’s not normal. It took 30 minutes. This service might as well have only included the paint and the massage chair charge. Disappointed and will not return ever.

Shocking service with manicurists that persistently hound you for a tip before the service is complete and multiple times after, while you are waiting for your nails to dry and cannot reach into your purse. This level of service is insulting and embarrassing as they ask you in front of other customers and literally harass you. I will not be going back.

I regularly get my toes and hands done and Jenny does an excellent job. The regular polish lasts for two weeks. I love the soft touch at the end, you are treated to a 30 second shoulder massage. The owner is exceptionally friendly and I am new to the neighborhood but really enjoy going there to have my nails painted. I’d recommend NY Bella for your standard nail services.
