Dr Feng is a degreed Doctor of Audiology (see top middle of picture below). She treats me with care and kindness. She answers my questions about her equipment without hesitation. Dr Winnie recommended taking a mold of my ear canal from which was made a very comfortable piece for the speaker part of my device. The molded piece in my ear keeps the device from flying away. Quick and accurate testing. Very nice office and friendly staff
Both the receptionist and Dr. Feng-Gring were very sweet and welcoming. I could tell the doctor was very careful when maneuvering the devices on and off me. She was also very patient and attentive in listening and addressing my many questions and concerns. Without a doubt, I highly recommend going here for your audiology needs.
