This office is very unprofessional. They confirmed an online appointment with “Dr. Victoria” and said they would send me a link to join. I tried calling them the whole morning because the receptionist was busy and promised to get back to me. When they finally did, it was only 3 minutes before the appointment, and they said they would send the link. Then, I was told that “Dr. Victoria” would do the appointment 2 hours later.
