My first time visiting the new salon location in Mt. Ranier and it’s a beautiful space. I appreciate their efforts to ensure a sterile environment and a spa-like experience. The shampoo service was the best part. However, I also felt the staff lacked personal connection with the clients. Their efforts to promote a tranquil quiet setting compromises the connection between the stylist & client. This is the best salon I’ve ever been to. The customer service is amazing, the staff first class and they know what they’re doing.
A place that feels like a spiritial & mental escape in the midst of this fast paced world. You're treated like family with a warm smile & service throughout the entire experience. Their professionalism and 'behind the scene' use of technology to usher you thru the experience is a wonderful dance of respecting your time while not skipping on the 'soul's relaxation.' And to know that it is black woman owned and run makes me smile. Keep up the amazing work!
I recently visited Ny & co and I have never felt more cared for and loved in a salon. Everyone On the staff is working diligently to make sure that you’re having a consistent and phenomenal experience. In addition you guided on how to maintain your hair at home and how to redo your style. I got a haircut and my hair was absolutely beautiful. The color was stunning and my hair felt really healthy.
