One of the worst doctors experiences I've ever had. I went in to try and evaluate if I had breathing issues when exercising. They gave me extra tests that I didn't need that ended up costing me over $1000, and sent me back with 3 drugs to take that I also didn't need and didnt do anything. They are greedy and will ring every last dollar out of you if you go here. Edit: Even though they commented that I could contact them, they haven't replied at all. Used to be efficient and fast with allergy shots. Since they’ve moved into the new system it seems to take 30 minutes of waiting each time for a single allergy shot. Go back to the paper system. They constantly flip flop between being open on a Tuesday or not. It’s especially bad waiting during the Wednesday lunch cycle. The new front desk staff just doesn’t seem to care anymore about any urgency or efficiency.
If you can go somewhere else - go somewhere else. I get my allergy shots here and they are consistently 15-20 minutes late, losing vials, unsure of what's going on. The office itself is not clean, dingy, and dim. The nurse who does the allergy shots is kind, however, the front desk could care less.
Doctor Nejat and his staff were fast, efficient and answered all our questions.
My insurance did not cover fully my visit. I just went in for an allergy test. I was then hounded for extra money. First and last time going there. My son goes to a different ENT, with my insurance, for allergies and never have we had to pay for anything extra. Please make sure if you get any thing done there to check if your insurance covers it.
