Customer service is top tier. I’ve been seen by this office a handful of times and each time is smooth :) very informational, very kind, very swift, understanding, and Surprisingly, it’s all staff’s behavior. I thank everyone, making each appointment worth coming out. PA- Krupa Front desk- Sara , Ana Women who took my blood pressure & assisted PA in the room (Tall African America women) -Apologies for not catching a name- ALL #Professionals I felt extremely comfortable safe and informed thank you for your time staff
Clean, great location, nice staff
They doesn’t have an any time science. My appointment is 3:55 pm now 4:55pm . I hear only for short also I saw they skipping me . Someone came after me . They call her . Also I was before on time. Time is very important for everyone.
The office is pleasant, and I’m very happy with the quality of care and the shots I receive. That said, Saturday mornings can be challenging due to long wait times. Even when I arrive before 8 a.m., the waiting room is already full, and it can often take over an hour before being seen. While I understand weekends are busy, a more streamlined process could make the experience even better.
