This location and staff has been absolutely disrespectful . I have been a patient since they were at the old location in Chelsea since 2014 . I have an appt and when seen by the allergist it's literally less than 6 minutes . Today I have waited over 40 minutes and I ask the front they tell me I have to wait more . This is awful no time or respect for patients just here to pick and chose how they cater to . I do not recommend this place . !
Had an appointment with Dr Robert Lin and it was great! The office is very clean, everything was on time/professional and everyone was very nice. Dr Lin made everything clear, easy, and painless. He listened to everything I said and took the time to make sure I felt understood. Highly recommend if you need an asthma/allergy doctor/office!

Waste of time and money thanks to Dr. Robert Lin! Came in on the final day of my allergy test after having a suspected allergic reaction for a few months. We could see my skin had reactions (red, bumps, itching) to certain stimuli but Dr. Robert Lin took a quick look and said I wasn't allergic to anything. When we asked questions he was dismissive and left in a rush, we only got to see him for less than a minute. I’ve been getting shots here for over a year and my allergies are seriously improved. I can drop in and get a shot usually only having to wait a few minutes. Shout out to Samantha for her skill at painless shots, and Fern for making quick work at the front desk.
