The office space was nice, clean and the entire team was very nice.
The person I spoke to on the phone was not very pleasant
I’ve been going to NY Allergy since fall 2025, mostly 2x a week for the ramp up for shots. In the last 2 months, though, management (or lack there of) has been really abysmal… nurses not showing up but no one calling / emailing / texting me to cancel my scheduled appointment, extremely long wait times for scheduled appointments (used to wait a matter of minutes, now each time is at least 30 mins), and so forth.
