I’ve been going to NY Allergy since fall 2025, mostly 2x a week for the ramp up for shots. In the last 2 months, though, management (or lack there of) has been really abysmal… nurses not showing up but no one calling / emailing / texting me to cancel my scheduled appointment, extremely long wait times for scheduled appointments (used to wait a matter of minutes, now each time is at least 30 mins), and so forth. Edited: They delays were really just a few week blip. They’re back to being quick! Scheduling was easy at first, staff is AMAZING but coming to an allergy shot only to discover that there is going to be an hour long wait to get the shot (and then you have to wait an extra 30 mins in the office prior to leaving) is completely unacceptable. I’m noticing wait times ticking up in general with each visit which means they’re simply understaffing. I want to reiterate though that the staff here is great. They just need more.
