I love this place - I've been going for years both to the Chelsea location and before that Upper West Side and they always take such good care of me. Kind, professional, efficient. They're also really flexible and accommodating, which is helpful with my busy schedule. Poom is such a wonderful provider!
I had and amazing experience this was my first time visiting this location. I want to say the Front desk receptionist Emily was such a wonderful and kindhearted person. She walked me through and explained what I will be tested for and it was a big help ♂️♂️ Marielys seemed very concerned about my most recent reaction and was so nice to me.
