I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this shop. I scheduled an appointment in advance, confirmed the date and time, confirmed the desired hairstyle, and was quoted $240. I also sent photos of the hair before purchasing it and even called to confirm everything ahead of time. Not a place to go for professional treatment! I almost gave them 3 stars because the owner was so nice and gentle. Unfortunately the workers are destroying her business. The owner was kind enough to book me for a same day appointment. I called at 9 and was told to arrive around 11. I ran out, got some late breakfast and arrived at 11. There was 1 stylist in the shop and she told me she needed about an hour because the lady she had kept sleeping in the chair and her large knot less braids we're taking a bit longer.
