We do family workout/training here. We train with Coach Joe and Coach Andre. Both great coaches, and will tailor workouts according to your needs. This is a great place for kids to be positively influenced with athletics. Coach Joe has his own kids who are very active in sports, various ages. They know how to train kids for various sports. Our daughter Camila spent a year training at NXTLVL Sport and Fitness and loved every second of it! The program made a huge difference in her flag football and soccer skills—her speed, agility, and confidence have grown tremendously. Her favorite coach was Brody, but she also loved training with Coach Sam, Devonte, Joe, and Mike. Each coach pushed her to improve while keeping every session fun and encouraging. Absolutely satisfied with everything.
A five-star experience.
My boys have worked with Joe several times. He always gets them sweating and working hard. He ties the workout into their sport as well, so they see the benefit. I even bring my older songs baseball team here for training. It's very good for adults, and it's also great for kids!
