He's super nice, but kinda hard to work with. I called him about replacing my watch screen he said he would call me when the part came in, the call ended with me saying I will wait for your call. After 3 weeks I came into the store and he was saying sum about being out the cost of the screen for 3 weeks if he would have ordered it, I thought that was weird cause I was waiting for his call. This place honestly sucks, went to get my wife’s phone fixed and had it payed in full, waited a couple of weeks for new parts to get installed and then was told the phone was good to go. Just to take it back home and have the same issues that it had before. The guy “Tank” said he’d have to start charging for it even tho the issue was never resolved, I’m not gonna pay even more money when the issue was never resolved in the beginning. The lady at the front desk was nice tho

Amazing service. So kind and went out of his way to fix our iPad so our memories and photos would not be lost. Really came to our rescue and spent so much time repairing every part of it and getting it right so it worked right. We couldn’t be more thankful. Definitely recommend them. They were such a blessing to our family. We will bring all future repairs to him and we highly recommend him to others.

I brought my iPhone 14pro in for a speaker/microphone repair and was charged around $106. Unfortunately, the 'new' speaker and microphone they installed didn't work at all. When I went back to request a refund for a faulty repair, they flat-out refused. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that not only didn't fix the problem but also left me out of pocket with no resolution. Do not recommend.
