He went out of his way and exceeded my expectations on multiple visits. Prior to taking my phone in it was completely working, the only thing I needed fixed was the back of my phone as it was shattered. I had taken my phone in to get fixed and after my phone was returned to me the volume up button and the silence button on my iPhone had suddenly stopped working. I contacted the guy who fixed my phone and was told I had to pay to get it fixed again when it was his mess up as my buttons were working prior to taking it into him.
