We purchased our brand new Trifecta 24' Tritoon from a boat show. Cole was our salesman. He was very attentive during the sales process but after the boat was delivered we have had NO service or communication. We received NO manuals, NO instructions as to break in, NO instruction on motor care or care for the Tritoon itself. We were told we could look it up online but we asked for hard copies like anytime you buy a product.
