Extremely relieved to be done renting through Nxtgen and disappointed in this local small business. Based on our experience, we have found that the owner Lauren frequently encourages her team members to use bully tactics on the phone and email to be manipulative and deceitful. This started with increasing the rent before we signed the agreement and ended with them trying to keep us in town on the day we were due to leave Townsville; otherwise they would take our bond, citing their policies override the RTA’s.
