Inconsistent communication, misleading information about his services, policies change without notice. Disregard for his bread and butter, the customer. Interesting reply from the facility accusing me of something quite bizarre. My son no longer attends this gym because he was given the runaround. I threw away my hard earned money. Poor communication skills are not on me. My son enjoys his new gym. What a strange experience.
I am writing this review on a recent experience since Aug 2025 I met with John the owner and he and I spoke about and agreement of starting with his gym. It started off as circuit training 3 times a week and I was going to get 12 sessions for the month ! During that time I was getting close to finishing my circuit and he told me that it was going to be time to transition to 1:1 personal training with one of his trainers! Started with Nxt-Set Fitness on May 1st, John took the time to help me get back into shape, by teaching me proper weight lifting techniques. John really seemed to care and took the time to get to know me, when I got hurt lifting he was right there to show me stretching techniques and even put together a plan to help with my rehabilitation. Everything was good for about 3 1/2 months then John decided to move his business to a new location, and changed his business models.
