I'm not sure how this place operates or trains its clients, but my experience dealing with John Moreno, who I assume is the owner, was very negative. We had agreed on a buyer-seller arrangement, and things were progressing smoothly. It’s personal for the client and trainer, they don’t just give you the workout and not communicate, they communicate every step of the way , they hear you out , not just give you a price and move forward. They hear your stories , personal stories you mentally help you out.. definitely recommend this gym to all.

Joined this gym and I absolutely love the environment!! The trainers are amazing and very helpful! I will definitely be back for more training!
