I just wanted to leave a review because I really like this place I never heard about this place I was skeptical about this place it was new but once I joined I was blown away on the results I lost 20 pounds in one month I have been here for 4 mouths if you are seeing this and your are skeptical don’t compare this to any other place come to nxt-set fitness

John is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I actually look forward to my workouts. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. he makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.
