I dropped in last weekend with a group of friends. Ron was awesome! He was very welcoming and did a great job running the WOD. The workout was tough and a lot of fun. The gym was clean and fully stocked. I would definitely come back if I’m in the area and I would recommend this place to a friend. Overall a fantastic experience. Thanks again, Ron!
Coach Ron helped me get in a workout when I was in town. Awesome gym with everything you need for a good workout. All the equipment is in great shape. Super motivating atmosphere. I could not recommend this place enough.
