DO NOT USE NXTGEN POOLS! Bret actually did finish our pool /patio after many, many messages and begging him to come out. Our patio has had issues from the beginning... stones are heaving and not level. Bret came out (to get his final payment) and did a temporary fix. He guaranteed us that his warranty would cover the patio if they started heaving again. Which they have. They were not installed correctly and he knows it. Buyer beware. Realize the consistency with these reviews. Initially Bret Schallenberger was great. Fast to respond about the contract, easy to work with and said he could have the pool in within 30 days. Bret dug the hole on 11/20/2019 and got that first big payment. Then everything changed. I had to text or call him, he would tell me he was getting equipment, not true. In January, he stopped responding and actually appeared to have my number blocked.
